• Where the normal installation environment includes continuous operating temperatures up to 1000?C and intermittent temperatures approaching 1200?C

Returns
Due to multiple parties, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to completely manage our stock. The levels of stock can change at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock when your order has been made.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. Unfortunately, if the 30 days have elapsed from the date you purchased the item, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
In order to be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same condition as you received it in. It should also be in its original packaging.
