Anaconda 25000V 3 Conductor cable is made of size 1 AWG copper conductors that features triple shielding layers; extruded conductor shield, extruded insulation shield and the overlapped copper tape insulation shield. It comes with a ground-check conductor made of annealed copper and two grounding wires that are coated. The cable is jacketed with a lead-free chlorinated polyethylene for protection.

Conductor

Insulation
Ethylene Propylene Rubber insulation creates a convenient boundary between the three live copper conductors and the two grounding wires (neutral path). EPR compound ensures that the cable is safe from harsh environmental conditions that could adversely affect the cable. It is a semi-conducting layer that ensure that the user do not get electrocuted when handling the cable.
Jacket
It is made of a lead-cured Chlorinated Polyethylene jacket. Lead releases excess smoke in the environment when burnt thus polluting the environment, lead-free cables are environmental friendly as they release less smoke to the environment in case of sudden fire outbreaks. CPE jacketing compound is a very tough layer that protects the cable from mechanical damages such as abrasions, wear and tear as well as chemical damages.
Applications
This cable is intended to serve electrical power voltage not exceeding 25000V and is applied in high voltage power distribution lines. It is installed through direct burial, ducts and aerial.
